Model Homes Ready to Tour at Newest 220-home
Residential Resort Community of Real de Santa Ana!

Construction has progressed well since the initial groundbreaking ceremony was held August 27th, 2007. The Santa Ana family, developers of Real de Santa Ana, are pleased to announce that the first two model homes are complete and ready to tour. Work continues at a brisk pace on the 220-home community, anticipated to be completed within the next 24 months. NewTek from La Paz has assumed the construction of the tropical resort community, utilizing the energy efficient Quad Lock Insulated Concrete Form system (ICF) in all homes.  In addition, a passive solar power system is being designed into each home to dramatically offset the cost of energy for every owner, contributing to make this the first truly “green community” in all of Baja. The Santa Ana family’s commitment to the greening of Mexico’s newest Pueblo Magíco is strengthened by their decision to involve NewTek, a leading development company that has pioneered energy efficient construction in Baja Sur.
