Todos Santos’ Newest Residential Community of
Real de Santa Ana Enters Home Construction Phase!

Infrastructure construction has progressed well since the initial groundbreaking ceremony was held August 27th. The main roads leading to the downtown area have been laid out and the grading on 20 building pads in blocks one and two of the master plan has been completed. A temporary on-site sales center has been built to accept reservations in preparation of the upcoming Christmas season and the expectation of many repeat travelers to the area to take advantage of the pre-construction sales discounts.

Before the end of this month, the foundations for 15 homes will have begun, with the construction of each of the three styles being offered. To view available floorplans, please click here. It is projected these first homes will be ready for occupancy in June 2008. Three of these homes have already been sold, and it is expected that the balance will be sold out before the end of January 2008.
